First investment by Elektronček Group, owned by Joc Pečečnik, goes to start-up Quantifly

Elektronček Group, majority owned by entrepreneur Joc Pečečnik, has invested half a million euros in the Slovenian start-up CirrioSoft, d.o.o. The company develops tools and services for organizational (HR) diagnostics under the brand Quantifly.

Luka Pregelj, the founder of the company, said at the signing of the investment agreement: "The support of the domestic ecosystem and entrepreneurs like Joc Pečečnik is crucial for Slovenian start-ups. Without their support in terms of knowledge, connections and, last but not least, funding, projects like Quantifly would not be possible. Start-ups need a lot of support at the beginning to break through, and success stories of course give back to the ecosystem much more than what was initially invested. Both in money and business opportunities. I am delighted that the Elektronček team, led by Joc Pečečnik, has decided to support our story. I believe that an investment in Quantifly is also an investment in the Slovenian business ecosystem, as our tools and solutions will help raise the competitiveness of the domestic economy.

Joc Pečečnik, the owner of Elektronček Group, explained the decision to invest in Quantifly: "I know from experience that people are the key to a company's success.  The right employees who are committed to their work, loyal to the company, and team-oriented will also be effective in their work. Quantifly offers in-depth analysis comparable to the best consultancies - cheaper and faster. I see huge potential in this idea, which is why I have decided to support them financially. I also intend to be a mentor in their business journey, as I think they can achieve more with my experience."

Quantifly helps answer four key questions of companies in the knowledge economy: how to attract the best talent, develop key employees, ensure they work well together and make sure they stay.

By using Quantifly solutions, companies can identify key employees, detect pathologies and systematically increase engagement, prevent overload and eliminate information bottlenecks.

The company is working with a wide range of experts in data analytics, technology development, organizational psychology, HR, and business development.

CirrioSoft is also a recipient of a convertible loan from the SK-75 call for start-ups under the Slovenian Enterprise Fund and one of the companies that participated in the first Slovenian-Israeli Business Accelerator program in Tel Aviv.

Luka Pregelj, the founder of the company, took this opportunity to thank the entire team and the Slovenian support ecosystem, including the Slovenian Enterprise Fund, Business Angels of Slovenia, and angel investors, who have helped Quantifly get to this point.
